Establishes procedures for the activities related to the qualified custody and controller's office service. The code determines that the institutions comply with a series of minimum requirements, albeit stricter than required by the legislation. |

| The objective is to increase the Brazilian market's custody and controller's office standards through parameters which involve: existence of segregation of asset positions; confidentiality of information; segregation of functions; appropriate systems for processing, control, security and communication; business continuity plan; minimum contractual clauses, among others. |
