With the introduction of this code, fund managers now have to prepare and disseminate among investors prospectuses duly updated with more detailed information on which to base an investment decision.

The code also establishes rules on fund publicity, dissemination of results by fund managers as well as norms and guidelines relative to marking to market procedures.
