The purpose of this Regulation and Best practices Code is to establish the principles and rules that shall be observed by the Participating Institutions, as defined below, and by the professionals that operate in the financial and capital markets, seeking to permanently raise their technical skills as well as compliance with the standards of conduct in performing their respective activities.
