The purpose of this Regulation and Best practices Code is to establish the principles and rules that should be observed by the Participating Institutions as defined below, in the public offerings of securities pursuant to Law 6,385 of December 7 1978 (“Public Offerings”) and the regulations of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (“CVM”) with the purpose of providing transparency and the
