This Regulation and Best practices Code establishes the rules with respect to the modus operandi adopted by the National Association of Investment Banks – ANBID and the Participating Institutions in the light of agreements signed by ANBID with public bodies, as well as the other Regulation and Best practices rules to be complied with by Participating Institutions in these cases.
