ANBID - National Association of Investment Banks (Associação Nacional dos Bancos de Investimento) is the main representative of the financial institutions operating in the Brazilian capital markets. The Association's aim is to strengthen the domestic capital markets as an instrument for fostering Brazilian development. |
The Executive Board performs its functions with the support of the Technical Commissions and Sub-Commissions, bodies that are responsible for expanding the channels for dialog and through which ANBID can bring its influence to bear. |
While the Commissions seek to project ANBID’s proactive role in the market, the Sub-Commissions have a more technical focus, examining specific topics selected by the Commissions. This structure encourages member participation and is conducive to keeping the executive board constantly updated on the questions involving the segments it represents.
